What’s the process for booking?

What are your payment terms?


Once written booking confirmation and invoice is sent. A deposit will be required to finalise We take 50% of the total cost to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the main event date.

Can we cancel or reschedule our booking?


Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the main event date. If cancellation occurs within 30 days, the remaining balance becomes payable regardless of whether the event proceeds. Date changes are subject to availability and may require a revised quotation in line with current pricing.

Do you use drones and cranes?


Yes, this can be included in your package. Please get in touch with us to get a quote.

Can we choose our own music for the films?


Yes. You may provide your music selection within 10 days of your final event if required.

How many revisions do we get?


One round of revisions for films and one round for images. We request changes to be submitted in single message/email.

Do you travel?


Yes, we cover weddings nationally and internationally. All quotes provided are inclusive of travel, ensuring you receive a comprehensive solution with no unexpected additional costs. Certain international or permit-based locations may require client-covered venue or licensing fees.

Are there any hidden costs?


No. Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive based on your agreed package. Optional additions, extra hours & permit fees, which will always be discussed in advance.

How do I get a quote?

What services do you provide?


We specialise exclusively in cinematography and photography, capturing weddings and events since EST. 2010. Our expertise is particularly recognised within Asian wedding photography and videography, while also covering a wide range of cultural and luxury celebrations.

What’s your turnaround time?


Photography and highlight films are typically delivered within 3 months. Full-length films are delivered within 4 months due to the detailed editing process and multi-camera compilation. Delivery timelines may be shorter depending on season and workload, and will be confirmed at booking.

How long is the film?


We provide a professionally edited 4K long film for each event. A separate highlight film is included for main day events, typically 4–6 minutes in duration.

How many photos do we get?


We provide unlimited professionally edited and colour-corrected images from your event. For a 12-hour wedding, you can typically expect between 700–1800 images, depending on event scale and schedule.

How do you deliver our photos & films?


We provide a private online viewing gallery for easy sharing. Highlight films are delivered digitally, while full films and photographs are presented in a USB presentation box for main day bookings. Collection or tracked postage as per your preference.

How do I book you for my big day?


Once you confirm your booking in writing, we will issue a booking confirmation and invoice. A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.

How do we get our photos?


Your photos will be delivered via a secure online gallery and provided on a USB presentation box for most bookings.

Can you help us with planning?


While our primary focus is capturing your event, we are happy to provide guidance regarding timelines, lighting considerations, and scheduling to ensure the best possible photographic and cinematic outcome.

Do you cover international pre-shoots or wedding shoots?


Yes, international pre-wedding and destination shoots are available upon request. Availability & travel logistics will be discussed during the quotation stage. To keep things simple, we charge our usually UK rates and Travel.

Do you offer video/cinematography?


Yes, we provide professional cinematography services alongside photography, ensuring a cohesive and beautifully crafted final collection.
